Overview
Chapter Insights provides a powerful dashboard with data on:
️📌Memberships – Active members, new and churned memberships, net growth
🎟️Events – Attendance trends, event performance, check-in rates
📧Campaigns – Email engagement, open rates, click-through rates
💰Finance – Membership revenue, event income, completed payments
👥Team Activity – Last admin login for each chapter
This new feature ensures that all essential chapter data is easily accessible, allowing admins to analyze, sort, filter, and export insights in just a few clicks.
How to Access Chapter Insights
Chapter Insights is available within Chapter Management under a new Insights tab.
To navigate to Chapter Insights:
- Go to Chapter Management in the left menu.
- Click on the Insights tab.
- Select the time range (Last 7 days, 30 days, etc.) to filter data.
- View, sort, and export chapter performance data.

The Insights table automatically updates every 90 minutes, ensuring admins always have the latest chapter data at their fingertips.

Track membership trends with:
- Active individual & corporate memberships
- New & churned memberships

- Number of past and upcoming events
- Attendee participation rates
- Average check-in percentage

- Total email campaigns sent
- Open, bounce, and click-through rates
